Accounting Admin

 

Do you have a positive attitude?  Are you detail-oriented?  Are you extremely organized? 

We are seeking a part-time accounting admin to join our team! You will perform general accounting/purchasing functions with a focus on customer service and accurate reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Post customer invoices, payments, and material expenses to Quickbooks
  • Pay company’s vendors via Quickbooks
  • Overall analysis of AP and AR
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Calculate and track company KPI’s
  • Look for areas to save money by lowering vendor expenses where possible
  • Reconcile company credit cards in Quickbooks
  • Work as a team with other office members

Hours & Compensation

30 plus hours per week (Schedule TBD)

$21-$26 per hour (DOE)

Weekly performance bonuses

Job Type: Part-Time, however could be up to 40 hours
